David I. Sinderbrand has been a practicing attorney in Southern New Jersey since 1988. He was born in Atlantic City and is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney who practices solely in the field of Plaintiffs Personal Injury. Mr. Sinderbrand has tried cases throughout New Jersey as a Lawyer For The People.
He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College. Mr. Sinderbrand obtained his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law, San Diego in 1987, where he received the American Jurisprudence Achievement Award for excellence in the field of Trial Practice. He is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey and the United States District Court of New Jersey. Mr Sinderbrand is a member of the Atlantic County and New Jersey State Bar Associations and a member of and lecturer for the New Jersey Association for Justice (formerly ATLA-NJ). He has also lectured for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education on auto accident claims, premises liability and nursing home negligence.
Known as an aggressive and successful courtroom litigator, Mr. Sinderbrand, along with co-counsel in the 10 day trial of Malick v. Seaview Lincoln Mercury, obtained a verdict of $5,821,147.93, the largest slip and fall verdict ever in Southern New Jersey.
Mr. Sinderbrand lives in Margate with his wife, daughter and twin sons.
